Ingredients For family heirloom-rustic guacamole

  • juice of 1 spanish lime
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 3
    finely diced tomatoes,seeds removed
  • 2
    spring onions,finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh coriander leaves,chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley,chopped
  • 3
    firm-ripe avocados,chopped
  • 1
    chopped red chili,seeds removed
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

How To Make family heirloom-rustic guacamole

    mix the lime and lemon juices,the spring onion,chopped chili and diced tomatoes.

    add the chopped avocados and gently fold all the ingredients,slightly crushing the avocados.

    season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
