    artichoke hearts, frozen
  • 2 tsp
    sour cream, fat-free
  • 2 tsp
    mayonnaise, fat-free
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, fat-free
  • 1 pkg
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/3 c
    herbs, italian
  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1 dash
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    herbs, italian
  • 1 dash
    worcestershire sauce

How To Make fabulous artichoke dip/filling

    Marinate artichoke hearts with italian herbs, olive oil and some balsamic vinegar.

    Leave out the olive oil to be ultra low-fat.
  • 3
    Stir artichoke hearts and add the rest of ingredients.

    Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes in a casserole dish.
