You have a bunch of hungry houseguests, and it is in-between meals (been there, done that, got the t-shirt). Just whip this tasty dip up, throw in some crackers, or veggies, and stand back. They will love you for it. So dang yummy. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients For entertaining essentials: horseradish cheese dip

  • PLAN/PURCHASE
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, room temp
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared horseradish, or more, if you want it hotter
  • 1 Tbsp
    sun-dried tomatoes, drained, and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 dash
    hot sauce, i prefer frank’s
  • OPTIONAL ITEMS
  • 1 tsp
    fresh parsley, minced, for garnish

    You can make your own prepared horseradish, or you can pick it up at the store. Be advised that homemade is about twice as strong as store-bought versions, and lasts about 3 to 4 weeks in the refrigerator. Prepared horseradish is basically grated horseradish root, preserved with a bit of salt and white vinegar.

    Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).

    Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.

    Use a fork to combine all the ingredients.
