1 Tbspprepared horseradish, or more, if you want it hotter

1 Tbspsun-dried tomatoes, drained, and chopped

1/2 tsplemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 dashhot sauce, i prefer frank’s

2You can make your own prepared horseradish, or you can pick it up at the store. Be advised that homemade is about twice as strong as store-bought versions, and lasts about 3 to 4 weeks in the refrigerator. Prepared horseradish is basically grated horseradish root, preserved with a bit of salt and white vinegar.

3Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).

4Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
