entertaining essentials: bacon, tomato, cheese dip

This dip is a riff on a classic Bacon, Lettice and Tomato dip; except I am not using any lettuce, plus I added a few other bits to spice it up. This is a wonderful dip to use during the upcoming holiday, and I will have it on the sideboard for my holiday open houses. I do not have any photos on this one; except the final product, but I thought I would have to do a few tests of this before I got what I liked. Well, I like the first evolution. You will love it. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.
