I love thie easy party dip, w/ the taste of pizza. I serve it w/ cut up garlic bread for dipping.

Ingredients For easy party pizza dip

  • 1 c
    part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c
    pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 c
    reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    prego pasta sauce
  • garlic bread for dipping.

How To Make easy party pizza dip

  • 1
    Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking sauce. Spread ricotta cheese evenly in pan.

    Top ricotta w/ 1/4 cup pepperoni and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Spread pasta sauce over all. Sprinkle w/ remaining pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.

    Bake for 15 mins, or until bubbly.
