Ingredients For duck sauce (sallye)

  • 1/2 c
    apricot preserves
  • 1/2 c
    chinese plum sauce
  • 1/2 c
    peach preserves
  • 1/2 c
    apple butter or jelly
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 c
    hoisin sauce (or regular chili sauce)

How To Make duck sauce (sallye)

  • 1
    Whisk all ingredients together over low heat until well blended. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Will last several months if kept refrigerated.
