dip essentials: multitalented asian style sauce

I call this ketchup with a spicy Asian twist, and I serve it with many of the dishes that I would normally use regular ketchup, like: French fries, hot dogs, burgers; just about anyplace you would use ketchup. It has a typical Asian sweet/sour component that tickles your taste buds, but does not overpower what it is used on. And, it does have a kick to it. Easy to make, and no cooking required. However, if you let the ingredients get to know each other in the refrigerator overnight, you will not be disappointed. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.
