Ingredients For creamy swiss/chive dip

28 oz containers reduced-fat, or whipped chive cream cheese, softened

1/4 ccreamy prepared horseradish sauce

1-1/2 creduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese

1celery rib, finely chopped

1/2 cchopped fresh parsley

1/4 cfinely minced red onion

1 tsppaprika
-
1/4 cchopped fresh chives
How To Make creamy swiss/chive dip

1Line a 3-cup capacity bowl w/ plastic wrap. In bowl, w/ mixer on medium beat cream cheese and horseradish sauce until smooth.

2Stir in swiss cheese, celery, 1/4 cup parsley, onion & paprika. Spread mixture into bowl.

3Cover, refrigerate at least 3 hrs. Invert bowl onto serving platter, remove plastic wrap. Mix chives and remaining parsley in small bowl. Press mix onto dip to cover. Serve w/ crackers and fresh cut veggies.
