Ingredients For creamy spinach-artichoke dip

  • 1 pkg
    spinach, frozen
  • 1 can
    artichoke hearts (or jar)
  • 1/4 c
    mayonaise
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    pepper jack cheese , shredded
  • salt/pepper to taste

How To Make creamy spinach-artichoke dip

    defrost Spinach, squeeze all the liquid out, drain the artichoke hearts and cut up small.

    in a large bowl...combine ingredients, pour onto a baking dish and bake at 350 for about 20mins...or until nice and golden brown and bubbly.

    let cool , serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers
