creamy garlic cucumber dip

this is a cool refreshing dip, it is great on a cucumber (makes a nice fancy appetizer) it is wonderful with salt and vingear chips...you like cucumbers and garlic you will love this

Ingredients For creamy garlic cucumber dip

  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 sm
    onion(diced) i use 1t dried onion
  • 1/2 c
    diced cucumber

How To Make creamy garlic cucumber dip

    Blend cream cheese and sour cream till well blended. Add seasonings. Mix well.

    Fold in onions and cucumbers. Refriderate at least 2 hours before serving. I found that it taste better and will thicken if refridgerated over night.

    Serve with fresh veges, chips, or crackers. I have served it on a cucumber slice. its elegant and makes for a nice appeititzer.
