Ingredients For crabbed-stuffed peppers

1/2 lbfresh crabmeat, drained, flaked

2green onions, finely chopped

1plum tomato, chopped

1 Tbspfresh parsley
-
1/2 clight mayonnaise

2 tsplemon juice
-
1/2 tsphot pepper sauce

3 lgred bell peppers
-
chopped fresh basil
How To Make crabbed-stuffed peppers

1In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice and hot sauce.

2Cover and chill until ready to serve

3Cut peppers into thick strips. To serve, spoon crab filling onto strips. Top strips w/ basil.
