Ingredients For crab fritters with onion cilantro cream

  • 3 Tbsp
    dairy sour cream ( crema salvadorena)
  • 1 c
    mild feta cheese ( queso fresco)
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    fresh lump crab meat
  • 2 Tbsp
    green onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    red onion, minced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh cilantro, chopped
  • oil or butter, for frying

How To Make crab fritters with onion cilantro cream

  • 1
    Gently combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, except butter or oil. Heat oil or butter to cover bottom of a large skillet. Drop batter by Tablespoon into skillet and fry until golden brown on bottom. Flip and continue fry 2 more minutes. Serve immediately, topped with a mixture of extra green onion ,cilantro and sour cream and lemon slices on the side.
