This is a great crab dip served in mini phyllo cups. Makes a wonderful appetizer!

Ingredients For crab dip in phyllo cups

1 boxfrozen mini phyllo cups, thawed and cooked as directed

16 oz can crabmeat, drained, flaked

1/2 clight mayonnaise

1/2 clight sour cream
-
2 Tbspfinely chopped green onion

1 tspdried dillweed
-
1 tsplemon peel
-
1 tsplemon juice
-
2 dashhot pepper sauce

salt and pepper to taste.
How To Make crab dip in phyllo cups

1In lg bowl, stir together crab, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onion, dillweed, lemon peel, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.

2Season w/ salt and pepper. Cover, chill 2 hrs. Fill phyllo cups evenly w/ dip. Bake at 350 for 5 mins, or until heated through.
