Ok, so who DOESN'T love Olive Garden's Alfredo sauce? I know I LOVE this stuff. It's a versatile and decadent sauce for the base of MANY pasta dishes. It's also good just to dip hot breadsticks into. Man, I'm hungry now.

1pint heavy cream

1/2cup (1 stick) butter

2 Tbsp( 1 oz) cream cheese

3/4cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 tspgarlic powder

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make copycat recipe: olive garden alfredo sauce

1Combine cream, butter, and cream cheese in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat until all ingredients are melted and blended. Stir it pretty much constantly,

2Add parmesan cheese and garlic, stir to incorporate.

3Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 min. stirring to prevent sticking on bottom.

4Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5Serve over pasta or as a dipping sauce for breadsticks.
