cool crab dip (easy!)

This is my recipe for a quick and easy cold crab dip. It's so simple, and simply delicious. Feel free to kick it up a notch by adding extra cajun seasoning or a bit of cayenne, if you'd like. I also like it with the addition of 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning.

8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1/3 cmayonnaise

1/3 csour cream

1/4 tspfine pink himalayan salt

3/4 tspcajun seasoning

1 Tbspsnipped fresh chives

1 cancrab meat, well-drained

chips and veggies for dipping
How To Make cool crab dip (easy!)

1Assemble and prep ingredients.

2In average mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

3Add mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and cajun seasoning; beat until smooth and well combined.

4Add chives and drained crab; beat until combined.

5Refrigerate in a covered container until ready to serve. Garnish with chives, if desired. Serve with chips, crackers and/or fresh vegetables for dipping.
