Ingredients For classic guacamole

2 lgavocadoes, stones removed, peeled and cut into pieces

1 Tbspfreshly squeezed lime juice

2 Tbspseeded and finely diced tomatoes

1 Tbspfinely chopped red onions

2 lgcloves garlic, pressed

1 Tbspcilantro, finely chopped

1/4 tspground cumin
-
1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper, or to taste (I always use mixed peppercorns)

1/8 tspground Himalayan pink salt, or to taste

1/2 Tbsphot sauce such as cholula, or to taste
How To Make classic guacamole

1In a bowl, add prepared avocadoes and lime juice; mash them using a fork.

2Add the remaining ingredients and stir until nicely combined; taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

3Serve immediately or cover and transfer to the fridge until needed.
