This recipe was made for me at a going away party when I moved from one department to another. I added the lemon juice which is a perfect pairing for seafood. I would say I went away richer with this recipe! I like the fact that imitation crab meat is used. It makes the recipe wallet friendly! Making a day ahead marries the flavors together better too. Enjoy!

1 pkgkeebler club crackers or any kind of buttery crackers

1In a food processor finely chop crab meat. Combine with cream cheese, horseradish, cocktail sauce, lemon juice, and ketchup. Blend well and refrigerate.
