Everyone loves thisand it is great served with not only tortilla chips but great with fresh veggies like baby carrots, broccoli, and small colorful peppers.

Ingredients For chiptole sauce

33 ozreal mayonnaise

4 lgcloves of garlic put through press

1/4 cdijon mustard
-
1/4 clime juice

7 ozcan of chili peppers in adobe sauce

2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make chiptole sauce

1In large bowl empty whole jar of Mayonnaise into bowl

2Add garlic cloves
-
3Add in Lime Juice and Dijon Mustard

4In a separate bowl or food processor empty 7oz cn of Chili peppers and puree

5Add this to the rest of the mix and blend all well wuth a spatual or wooden spoon

6Then fold in the 2 cups of shredded Cheese
-
7Place n fridge over night and serve the next day with chips or fresh veggies
