Ingredients For cheesy spinach & cauliflower dip

  • 1 box
    (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained
  • 1 box
    (10 oz.) frozen cauliflower & cheese sauce, cooked
  • 3 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp
    lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 c
    shredded fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 bag
    (5 oz.) garden ranch roasted veggie tortilla chips

How To Make cheesy spinach & cauliflower dip

    In a food processor, place all the ingredients except cheese and chips. Cover; process until smooth.

    Spray a 1-qt. shallow glass baking dish or 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Spread spinach mixture in dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until hot. Serve with chips.

    NOTE: you may prepare and refrigerate the dip a day ahead and heat just before serving. NOTE: Instead of Parmesan cheese, you may substitute crumbled feta cheese before baking.
