Sausage, beef and cheese! Yum. This goes fast. Serve this with tortilla or corn chips. The ultimate party food!!

Ingredients For cheesy sausage dip

  • 1 lb
    pork sausage
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 lb
    velveeta cheese
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can
    petite diced tomatos small
  • 1
    small onion diced
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk

How To Make cheesy sausage dip

    In large skillet, cook sausage and ground beef until done. Drain and set aside.

    Cut Veleveeta into small cubes. Melt velveeta and milk in saucepan until smooth. Pour into large bowl. Add sausage/beef mixture and onions. Stir.

    Drain tomatoes well and stir into cheese mixture. Serve with tortilla chips and/or fritos. You can put dip into a crockpot on low to stay hot or serve in a microwave safe bowl and put pop bowl into the microwave for a minute or two to warm up.
