Ingredients For cheesy relish

  • 1 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 bottle
    chunky blue cheese dressing
  • 1 jar
    processed cheese sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    steak seasoning
  • 2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 3/4 c
    shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c
    cubed pepper jack cheese
  • 3/4 c
    cubed sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 c
    shredded Colby Jack cheese

How To Make cheesy relish

    Heat margarine in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Combine heavy cream, blue cheese dressing, processed cheese sauce, parmesan cheese, steak seasoning, and black pepper, stirring constantly for 5 minutes until smooth.

    In a medium bowl, combine cubed pepper jack, sharp cheddar, and shredded mozzarella and Colby Jack cheeses. Pour cheese sauce mixture onto cubed and shredded cheeses; mix well.

    Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
