  • 16 oz
    cream cheese
  • 12 oz
    velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 5 oz
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 5 slice
    bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 Tbsp
    chives chopped

How To Make cheesy blue cheese and bacon dip

  • 1
    Place cream cheese, Velveeta and half and half in a deep saucepan on stove top. Cook on med. low until melted and smooth.

    Stir in bacon, blue cheese, and half the chives. Garnish with the remaining chives
  • 3
    Serve with crackers or chips
