My sister gave me this recipe and it's always a big hit! This tastes just like cheese cake to me without all the effort. Enjoy!

Ingredients For cheese cake spread

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick
    unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2/3 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 2/3 c
    semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
  • 1 box
    graham crackers and or chocolate graham crackers

How To Make cheese cake spread

  • 1
    With an elecric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add vanilla and brown sugar.

    Slowly add confectioner's sugar until combined thoroughly. Then fold in mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    In the meantime break up each sheet of graham crackers into 4 portions. When ready to serve arrange crackers around spread. Enjoy!
