Ingredients For cheddar-champagne spread

  • 1 lb
    block cheddar cheese, cut into chunks
  • 4 oz
    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    champagne
  • 1 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground red pepper

How To Make cheddar-champagne spread

    Place all ingredients in a food processor. Cover, process until smooth.

    Spoon into serving bowl. Cover, refrigerate at least 2 hrs.
