This was a hit when my friends came over to watch movies. The dip is so tasty and creamy. Great served along with pretzels, carrots and celery. (See you can get your veggies in. Another recipe that is so simple but yet wonderful. I got this recipe a long time ago from Brown Eyed Baker.

Ingredients For cheddar ale spread

8 ozcream cheese

2 tspdijjon mustard

1 1/2 cshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

2 Tbspheavy cream
-
1/4 cbeer (anything but light)

2 Tbspfresh parsley (i substituted 2 teaspoons dried)
How To Make cheddar ale spread

1Combine cream cheese, mustard, cheddar cheese, cream and salt in a food processor. Process for 30 seconds, add beer, and continue processing until very smooth. Pulse in the parsley until just dispersed.

2This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. You will need to take out an hour before serving if you do refrigerate.
