Just as I love my olive dip for the sour and saltiness of the olives...this ones right up there too with pickles...I think you will love this dip...make it, and watch it disappear...my son, who hates pickles eats this dip...he already has it half gone...lol! Enjoy! My photos

Ingredients For cassies pickle wrap dip

  • 1 - 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 8
    grinds of fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 - 2 oz
    jar chipped beef, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 c
    dill pickles, drain, and chopped finely

    Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings in a bowl.

    Stir in pickles, onions and the dried beef. Chill for at least 2 hours.

    Serve with crackers...delish!
