Ingredients For carnival crab dip

1 stickbutter

3green onions, chopped

1 tspgarlic, minced

12 ozcream cheese, softened

1 lblump crab meat

1 dashtabasco
How To Make carnival crab dip

1Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add green onions, garlic and Tabasco and mix well. Stir in cream cheese. Fold in the crab meat gently.

2Cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes or just until heated through (do not overcook).

3Serve the dip warm with melba toast rounds or spoon into small puff pastry shells.
