My mom has made this dip for years and years. I love it and know you will enjoy it too. You can find caramel extract in the spice section at the grocery store. I use Watkins brand and it is the best!

Ingredients For caramel apple dip

8 ozcream cheese(softened)

3/4 cbrown sugar(light or dark)

1/2 tspcaramel extract/flavoring

1 tspvanilla extract
-
1/2 ccrushed peanuts(use for topping)

4-6sliced apples of your choice(granny smith is my fave)
How To Make caramel apple dip

1Put first four ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer on medium speed for two minutes or until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

2Place in serving dish and refrigerate for at least three hours or preferably overnight.

3Sprinkle with peanuts right before serving with sliced apples.
