My parents love Carabba's. I give them gift certificates for every occasion so they can pick it up during this pandemic. When I found this recipe I was so excited. Now they can make the dipping oil at home and it will make it just like at the restaurant. Now if I could just teach them how to bake bread...LOL

1 tspcrushed red pepper

1 tspground black pepper

1 tsporegano

1 tsprosemary

1 tspparsley

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspminced fresh garlic

1 tspkosher salt

1/4 cextra virgin olive oil (or more as needed)

1 tspbasil

1 tspminced onion (i would add, not part of original recipe, but i like onion!)
How To Make carabba's herb oil for bread, copycat, my way

1Mix together all but oil. Place in shallow plate or bowl. Pour oil over spices, add more if needed. Use for dipping bread chunks or bread sticks.
