Ingredients For cannellini bean dip

  • 29 oz. can of cannellini beans – drained
  • 1 green tomato
  • 1 samll jalapeño – with seeds
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • ¼ cup fresh italian parsley
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil

How To Make cannellini bean dip

  • 1
    Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Use with fresh fruit, chips or as a spread on you favorite bread.
