My friend Joyce Devoid gave me this one very healthy. This works well to be prosessed finer and more like a hummas as well, or whole on top of salad.

Ingredients For cannelli white bean dip

3 ccannelini beans or other white bean

1 clovegarlic

1lemon juice, fresh

2 Tbspchopped fresh sage or parsley

1 dashsalt and pepper

3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 ozpine nuts - chopped
How To Make cannelli white bean dip

1Place all the ingredients in a blender, Puree until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste, add more lemon juice if desired. Add 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ( I prefer cold pressed) top with pine nuts.
