I usually make this in my crock pot to take to parties. Friends are always asking me to bring it! Very easy to make and yummy! Add more hot sauce if you like more spice to it. If you like more sauce than chicken, put in a little less. We like lots of chicken and not too much spice so the kids will eat it too. Cut recipe in half for a smaller crowd.

  • 16 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 16 oz
    cheddar or colby-jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz
    ranch dressing
  • 8 oz
    blue cheese dressing
  • 10 oz
    franks red hot sauce
  • 25 oz
    cooked chicken pieces
  • 2 pkg
    sourdough bread, chunked or thick tortilla chips

    Add softened cream cheese to the warm crock pot.

    Stir in the ranch, blue cheese, and hot sauce until smooth.

    Add the shredded cheese and chicken. Stir well.

    Heat until bubbly. Stir occasionally to keep from scorching.

    Eat with chips or my personal favorite the chunks of sourdough bread.
