Ingredients For brother's spinach artichoke dip

  • 10 oz
    frozen, chopped spinach (thawed & drained well)
  • 6 oz
    jar of marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1-3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream

How To Make brother's spinach artichoke dip

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and gently stir together until combined.

    Pour into a greased 8" or 9" pie plate or other baking dish and bake for 25-35 minutes. Serve with french or sourdough bread or our fav, Tostitos Scoops (chips)
