Ingredients For broccoli and mushroom dip

2 cbroccoli, chopped

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1garlic clove
-
1/2onion, chopped

1/4 lbmushrooms, chopped

3/4 ccottage cheese, lowfat

1/4 cyogurt, low-fat, plain
-
pinchsalt and pepper
How To Make broccoli and mushroom dip

1Cook broccoli just until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.

2Drain and put under cold water.

3In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

4Add garlic, onion and mushrooms and cook until onion is tender and set aside.

5In blender, combine cottage cheese and yogurt.

6season with salt and pepper to taste.

7Process just until mixed.

8Cover and refrigerate.

9Makes 2 1/2 cups.
