jus like guacamole but with brccolli instead of avacoado

Ingredients For broccamole

  • 1..2 lb
    bag frozen broccolli flowerettes
  • 1...24 oz
    tub fat free 1% milk cottage cheese
  • 1
    celery ribs
  • 1 md
    white onion
  • 1 pt
    cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried chives
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • red pepper flakes,salt and pepper

How To Make broccamole

    cook broccolli by pkg directions adding in onion,and celery let cool to room temp

    while veggie is cooling..put cottage cheese,chives,parsley and vinegar in food proccesor...processe til well blended an smooth.. if real thick add any water that is in broccolli... than drain broccolli.......add with cottage cheese... turn food proccor on... blelnd well til all smooth an creamy

    place all in bowl.... 1/4 tomatoes...add to brocolli mix add red pepper flakes,salt and pepper to taste

    NOTE....... this is great on baked potato instead of sour cream
