My mother in law called a few night ago and gave me this. It is so yummy. Can use whatever fruit you want and goes great on bagels, toast, crackers, muffins , scones or whatever you want to spread it on.Just a spoon is good too :)

Ingredients For blueberry spread (kat's)

2 pkgcream cheese, room temperature (8oz each)

1 canblueberries, drained

1/2 cconfectioners' sugar

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make blueberry spread (kat's)

1Open blueberries and drain. In a medium bowl cream together confectioner's sugar and cream cheese until smooth, add vanilla and blend in.

2Fold in blueberries and TRY if you can to store in fridge overnight, but if you can't that's okay as well. Serve on bagels, scones or whatever you have on hand
