This is great for a Super Bowl party but can also be served at a family gathering because the dip will last in refrigerator for 3 days.

Ingredients For black bean and corn dip

2 cfrozen corn, thawed

1 cblack beans, rinsed well

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped (bottoms and tops)

1 ccilantro, chopped

1avocado, medium to large, chopped

1juice from one lime

1 c1 cup of jar salsa (add a little more to suit your taste)
How To Make black bean and corn dip

1Mix all ingredients together. Cover and store in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

2The amount or sausa or degree of heat is strictly up to each cook. I normally use Pace Medium.

3Serve with Tostito or Frito Scoops. I usually make a tray with dip on the scoops and then put the remainder in a bowl with more chips on the side. The stuffed chips will get soggy after an hour.
