Ranch dressing mix flavors this fast-to-fix mixture that's packed with shredded cheese. "This thick dip is made to go with pretzels", assures Michelle Long. "It's one of those snacks that when you start eating it, you can't stop! This dip can be made with any type of beer, including nonalcoholic beer. Ingredients For beer dip

  • 2 pkg
    8 oz. each cream cheese,softened
  • 1/3 c
    beer, your choice
  • 1 pkg
    ranch salad dressing mix, dry
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • pretzels

How To Make beer dip

  • 1
    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, beer and dressing mix until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese( sometimes I add a little Tabasco sauce or lime juice or both). stir in cheddar cheese. Serve with pretzels. Chill leftover- I doubt if there will be any left.
