Ingredients For beer cheese dip

12 ozshredded cheddar
-
8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
1/4 to 1/2 csalsa
-
1/2 cbeer
-
2 clovegarlic
-
lime juice, to taste
-
hot sauce, to taste
How To Make beer cheese dip

1Put all ingredients in large blender or food processor & blend until smooth. Add more beer &/or salsa to get to preferred texture.

2Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for flavors to meld. Serve cold or room temp with tortilla chips.
