Ingredients For baked seafood fondue

1 lblump crabmeat, shells removed

1/2 lbcooked salad shrimp, peeled

1/2 cgrated comte cheese

1/2 cgrated emmenthaler cheese

1/2 cgrated swiss cheese

1 cmayonnaise
-
1 cdry white wine
-
1/2 bunchgreen onions, finely chopped

6 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 cred bell pepper, finely chopped

1 pinchnutmeg
-
2 Tbspfresh lemon juice
-
freshly ground black pepper
How To Make baked seafood fondue

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2Combine all of the ingredients except crab and shrimp in a large saucepan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring until cheeses are thoroughly melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in crab and shrimp; cook for another few minutes. Pour mixture into an 8-inch baking pan or souffle pan.

3Bake for 25-30 minutes, until top is golden brown.

4Serve hot with sliced French baguette or crackers. Keep warm with a chafing dish.
