i found this recipe among the many of recipes that my dearly departed grandmother had collected over the years . so i tired it out and my hubby loved it . In fact its one of his fave. dips !

Ingredients For baked artichoke spinach dip

1 to 1 1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese

1 csour cream
-
1 cmayonnaise
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

1 to 2 tspdijon style mustard

1 dashwhite pepper
-
114- oz can artichoke hearts , drained and chopped

1 clooseky pk , coarsely chopped spinach leaves
-
1/2 cfinely chopped red onion ( 1 meduim size )
How To Make baked artichoke spinach dip

1In a large bowl combine mozzarella cheese, sour cream , mayo , 1/4 c of the Parmesan cheese , the mustard , and pepper stir in the artichoke hearts , spinach and onion .

2spread mixture evenly into a 9 inch pie plate sprinkle with the remaining 1/4c. Parmesan cheese

3Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 15mins or until heated through

4Serve with chips or toasted pita bread ! ENJOY !!!
