Ingredients For baked artichoke and feta dip

    8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1
    14 oz can artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 c
    reduecd-fat grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 sm
    red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1
    3.5 oz pkg crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    sliced black olives

How To Make baked artichoke and feta dip

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 3-cup casserole dish w/ cooking spray, preferably olive oil spray.

    In bowl, mix first 4 ingredients well. Spread into casserole dish. Top w/ peppers and feta cheese. Bake 20 mins. Top w/ olives.
