This is an excellent dipping sauce for foods such as: chicken strips, and fish fingers. The dill and the lemon juice make an excellent compliment to the mayonnaise and mustard, and make a tangy sauce that doesn’t overpower the food it’s dipped into. Andy’s Rule: A sauce should never overpower the main ingredient. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients For awesome poultry/fish dipping sauce

  • PLAN/PURCHASE
  • 1/4 c
    fresh clover honey
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 Tbsp
    dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
    mustard powder
  • 1 pinch
    cayenne
  • 1/8 tsp
    paprika, hot or mild
  • 1 tsp
    salt, kosher variety, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper, freshly ground, or to taste

How To Make awesome poultry/fish dipping sauce

    PREP/PREPARE

    Gather your ingredients.

    Add everything to a mixing bowl.

    Whisk until smooth.

    Chef’s Note: Taste, and do a final check of spices.

    Cover, and place in the fridge for 2 hours before using.

    Serve with some sautéed or breaded chicken, fish, or veggies. Enjoy.
