I had been wanting to try this recipe, that my friend Linda shared with me. I don't know why I waited so long. It's so good! I made only half the recipe for my wiener roast tonight and am probably going to wish I'd made the full recipe. LOL! Enjoy!

Ingredients For ~ awesome cucumber dip ~

  • 1 md
    to large - cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced small
  • 1 - 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg
    good seasons italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • garlic powder
  • onion salt

How To Make ~ awesome cucumber dip ~

    In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, dressing mix, garlic powder, onion salt and mayonnaise until smooth. Fold in the cucumbers. Spoon into serving dish and chill for 1 hour. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
