I have made this recipe more times than I can count.It is absolutely delicious and I never seem to have enough. You will not have leftovers. I have changed it around over the years, but it just gets better. Enjoy

Ingredients For artichoke dip

2 canartichoke hearts, unmarinated

1 cparmesan cheese, grated

1 cmayonnaise
-
8 ozmozzarella cheese, grated

1/2 cchopped onions
-
garlic powder to taste

bread crumbs to taste
How To Make artichoke dip

1Chop artichokes into quarters and mix all other ingredients together except bread crumbs.

2Place in baking casserole & sprinkle with bread crumbs.

3Heat in preheated 350 oven for 1/2 hour or until piping hot.

4Serve with crackers or chunks of a hearty bread.
