This dip is a favorite! My aunt Anthea makes this all the time for parties because it is so simple and she doesn't know how to cook.

Ingredients For antheas crab dip

8 ozlump crab meat or 8 oz. louis kemp crab meat

16 ozsoft cream cheese

1 smjar pimentos sliced and drained

3/4 tspseason salt

1/8 tspblack pepper

pinchsalt (optional)
How To Make antheas crab dip

1Beat cream cheese till smooth

2Break crab meat into pieces and add with pimentos, season salt and pepper to cream cheese

3Stir till well blended

4Line a container with plastic wrap and then fill with dip mixture

5Chill for 4 hours till dip sets. Turn over onto a plate and serve with ritz crackers or celery
