Ingredients For another artichoke and spinach dip

10 ozfrozen spinach, thawed and drained

1 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspminced onion

1 clovegarlic, minced

2 tspflour
-
1 1/4 cwhole milk

1/2 tsplemon juice
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce

1 1/4 cfresh parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 csour cream
-
1/2 cwhite sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 ccanned artichoke hearts, chopped
How To Make another artichoke and spinach dip

1In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and saute onion and garlic until onion is soft (about 2 minutes.)

2Add the flour and cook for another minute.

3Add milk and whisk constantly until thickened.

4Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire, parmesan and sour cream.

5Return to heat and add spinach, cheddar, artichokes and stir until cheese melts and dip is heated thoroughly.

6Serve with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
