    tomatoes
  • 32 oz
    tomato juice
  • 6 oz
    tomato paste
  • 15 oz
    black beans, canned
  • 15 oz
    black-eyed peas
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 15.2 oz
    sweet corn
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    jalapeno peppers
  • 2 tsp
    cumin
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, fresh
  • 2 tsp
    garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    coriander
  • 1 md
    lime juice

How To Make ain’t b’s two bean salsa

    In a food processor, place fresh tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and onions, and pulse chop into small chunks.

    Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot.
