Ingredients For hot fudge sauce

  • 3/4 c
    semi sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 can
    5 oz. evaporated milk

How To Make hot fudge sauce

    In small heavy saucepan melt chocolate pieces and butter over med heat
  • 2
    add the sugar gradually stir in the evaporated milk; stir to dissolve sugar
  • 3
    Bring to a boil;reduce heat. very slow boil over low heat for 5 min until mixed together .
