Ingredients For chocolate cappuccino sauce

  • 1 12-oz pkg
    semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    whipping cream
  • 1/2 c
    cold strong coffee
  • 1 tsp
    instant espresso or instant coffee (dry)

How To Make chocolate cappuccino sauce

    Melt chocolate chips in heavy 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat.

    Stir in whipping cream; stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.

    To Refrigerate: Cover sauce tightly and refrigerate no longer than 1 month.
